Food is not in the rentFood on demand is available at our Kochi PGs, and tea, coffee and sugar are complimentary.
One-month staysThe ₹6,500 four-sharing rate is for a one-month stay. Long-term rooms are ₹6,000 a month.
Parking is optional in AkkulamAt Beacon in Trivandrum, parking is ₹2,000 a month if you need it.
Gents and ladies homesOur Kochi PGs are gents only. In Trivandrum, Beacon 2 is for ladies and Beacon 1 and 3 are for gents.
